Ironvale — End User Licence Agreement
Copyright © 2026 Arcsteel Reactor Studios (GitHub: Da-coding-pro). All rights reserved.
Ironvale, its builds, code, art, models, music, sound, text, characters, mech designs, logos and names (together, the Game) are owned by Arcsteel Reactor Studios and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Section 2 lets you use its art and names; everything else is reserved. This is not an open-source licence. The Game is licensed to you, not sold.
By downloading, installing, opening or playing the Game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
1. What you may do
You may download the official builds from this repository or play the official browser version at https://ironvale.gmicrosystem.com/play/, install them on devices you own or control, and play them for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You may share links to this repository or the official browser version, and you may stream, record and post videos or screenshots of your own play, as long as you do not claim the Game as your own.
2. Art and names you may use
You may use the Game’s art (its images, artwork, models, logos and mech and character designs) and its names (the names of the Game, its mechs, characters, places and items) in your own work, including fan art, videos, mods of other games and your own projects. This is the most this licence allows. When you do:
- do not present your work as the official Game, or as made, approved or endorsed by Arcsteel Reactor Studios; and
- do not use them to make a copy, rebrand, remake or clone of the Game (see section 3).
Everything else in the Game, including its code, builds, music, sound and text, is not covered by this section.
3. What you may not do
Unless Arcsteel Reactor Studios has given you written permission, you may not, and may not help anyone else to:
- Copy or redistribute the Game or any part of it other than its art and names (section 2), including re-uploading the installer, APK or browser files to other sites, app stores or file hosts.
- Modify the Game: patch, mod, edit its files or saves, or change how it runs.
- Reverse engineer the Game: decompile or disassemble it, extract its code, or try to find its source code, except where the law expressly allows this despite this restriction.
- Rebrand the Game: publish it, or anything made from it, under another name, logo, studio or account.
- Remake or clone the Game: create or publish a game or app that copies its code, or that recreates the Game (its gameplay together with its art, names or look) so closely that it stands in for the Game. Using its art and names as section 2 allows is fine; rebuilding the Game with them is not.
- Pass yourself off as Arcsteel Reactor Studios or as the official Game.
- Cheat or attack it: make, use or share cheats, hacks, bots, memory editors, injectors or exploits, or interfere with its servers, other players’ games or its anti-cheat.
- Sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise use the Game, or accounts and items in it, for commercial gain.
- Remove or change any copyright, trademark or ownership notice in the Game or in this repository.
4. This repository
This repository contains the Game’s official builds and its public page only. The Game’s source code is private and is not licensed to anyone. Being able to view, clone or fork this repository on GitHub gives you no right to use, copy, modify or redistribute its contents beyond what sections 1 and 2 allow.
5. Online play and accounts
Online features may change, be suspended or end at any time. Players who break these terms, including by cheating, may be removed from matches, banned or have their progress reset, without notice or refund.
6. Ownership of progress
Mechs, salvage, power cells, Forged Rewards, ranks and other in-game items have no monetary value, are licensed to you for use in the Game only and remain the property of Arcsteel Reactor Studios.
7. Ending this licence
This licence ends automatically if you break any of its terms. When it ends you must stop using the Game and delete every copy you have.
8. No warranty
The Game is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Arcsteel Reactor Studios is not liable for any damage or loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Game. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.
9. Enforcement
Arcsteel Reactor Studios may take action against anyone who infringes its rights, including takedown notices (such as DMCA notices) against copies, rebrands and clones of the Game.
10. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated with new releases; the version in this repository applies. For permissions, licensing or reports of copies, open an issue in this repository or contact Da-coding-pro on GitHub.
